Immediate access once the subscription payment succeeds. Customers receive an email with login instructions and can stream or download content instantly through our Apple TV and mobile apps.

When the device leaves our warehouse and a tracking email is sent.

Ships within 2 business days; U.S. transit is usually 3-5 business days.

2. Refunds

Digital subscriptions

30 days from the first billing date for new subscribers. Renewals are non-refundable once content has been accessed.

Email support@amazing.kids with your order ID. Access to content will be disabled after refund.

5-7 business days to the original payment method

Apple TV rental device

Defective on arrival or fails under normal use within 30 days of delivery.

Email us for an RMA and use the prepaid return label.

Replacement ships within 2 business days of receiving the return.

Non-Refundable: Custom curriculum bundles, completed digital downloads, and Apple TV devices damaged by misuse (see §3 Damage/Loss).

3. Returns, Damage & Loss (Apple TV rentals)

  • The Apple TV remains property of Amazing Kids; it is rented, not sold. APPLE TV RENTAL POLICY …

  • At the end of your subscription (expiration, non-renewal, or termination) you must return the device within 15 days using the prepaid label we provide. APPLE TV RENTAL POLICY …

  • Failure to return, or returning a unit that is lost/stolen or damaged beyond normal wear, incurs a fee equal to the device’s then-current replacement value plus a $50 late penalty. APPLE TV RENTAL POLICY …

4. Cancellations

  • Digital subscriptions – Cancel any time before the next billing date from your dashboard or by emailing support. Access remains active until the end of the current paid period.

  • Hardware orders – You may cancel an unshipped Apple TV order by emailing us; shipped orders follow the return process above.
