Fulfillment, Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Fulfillment / Delivery

2. Refunds

Non-Refundable: Custom curriculum bundles, completed digital downloads, and Apple TV devices damaged by misuse (see §3 Damage/Loss).
3. Returns, Damage & Loss (Apple TV rentals)

4. Cancellations
- Digital subscriptions – Cancel any time before the next billing date from your dashboard or by emailing support. Access remains active until the end of the current paid period.
- Hardware orders – You may cancel an unshipped Apple TV order by emailing us; shipped orders follow the return process above.
