Jim Wideman
Jim Wideman is one of the most recognized and celebrated names in church leadership for a reason. For almost 5 decades he has been a pioneer and leading voice as a pastor, speaker, author, and ministry coach around the world. He continues to blaze new trails by empowering leaders with timeless wisdom, humility, a sharp wit, and refreshing authenticity. He’s worked at some of the largest and fastest growing churches in the US, including 17 years leading one of the largest children’s ministries in the country.
Sam Luce
Sam has served in multiple roles at Redeemer church over the past 26 years from children’s ministry to campus pastor. Sam holds a BA in Theology from Portland Bible College, an M.A. In Christian and Classical Studies, and an M.A. in Biblical and Theological Studies. He currently serves as the Pastor of Global Ministries, overseeing multiple teams, including the kids and youth team of Redeemer church, a multi-site church in upstate New York.
Kristine Strom
Damon and Kristine Strom have been equipping and empowering children and families at Churchome for over 20 years. The Strom’s are passionate about Kids Ministry being a pillar of the local church, and they continue to impact families with engaging and fun-filled strategies Damon and Kristine contribute to Churchkids. Damon believes in the importance of vision, risk taking, and fostering an entrepreneurial spirit in ministry for creative innovation. They are passionate about creating fun and engaging content, both digital and written, that encourages children to grow emotionally, relationally, and spiritually.
Damon Strom

Beci Wakerly
Beci Wakerley has served in the kids ministry of Hillsong church for more than 20 years. She and her husband Dave, who is the Hillsong Kids Creative Pastor for Australia, have been faithful stewards of the many children and families in their local church while at the same time making a global impact. Beci is the City Campus Kids Pastor and is passionate about seeing children fall in love with Jesus, building incredible kids leaders, and producing excellent worship and kids curriculum for kids and children’s ministries. Beci loves what she gets to do every day – she is passionate about leading the kids pastors and volunteers in her church while serving the children and families that show up to church every weekend—they are her “why”!
